[Description] This drug is of pale yellow or yellowish-brown granules; sweet and slightly bitter.
[Functions] Clearing heat and detoxifying, and cooling the blood.
[Indications] Wind-heat colds, sore throat and pain, and fever with rashes.
Wind-heat colds: characterized by fever, sore throat and pain, dry mouth with a desire to drink, thin white tongue coating, and a floating and rapid pulse.
Fever with rashes: characterized by fever, delirium, rashes on the skin and mucous membranes, or with bloody stools and urine. The tongue is red and dark, and the pulse is rapid.
[Dosage and Administration] 50g for horses and cattle; 0.5g for chickens.
[Adverse Reaction] No adverse reactions have been observed with the proper use of the recommended dosage.
