千合公司成立于2000年2月份，是一家通过国家农业部GMP认证的大型兽药企业，拥有固定资产一亿元人民币以上的国家级高新技术企业。企业设有新产品研发中心，黑龙江省微生物兽药工程技术研究中心。是哈尔滨市企业研发机构的组成部分。2014年公司新扩建的中药、激素、微生物发酵车间被列为哈尔滨市香坊区14家重点工业企业项目之一,企业总占地面积27500平方米，综合办公楼、综合制剂车间等占地面积20000余平方米。生产车间、中心化验室拥有国内先进的设备仪器等300余台（套）。
我公司目前拥有8个兽药生产车间，10条兽药生产线、12个剂型：最终灭菌小容量注射剂（含中药提取）、最终灭菌大容量非静脉注射剂（含中药提取）、最终灭菌小容量注射剂（激素）、冻干粉针剂（激素）、水溶性粉剂、预混剂、中药散剂、消毒剂、杀虫剂、中药提取。微生物发酵、宠物食品、饲料添加剂、预混合配合饲料4个生产车间，。共计150多个品种，企业拥有员工200余人。其中宠物食品公司作为重点发展的新产品逐步投放市场。
